Renewed Roots: Love Life and Live Long

Looking at life as honestly as I can: Love Life, Live Strong

Daily Juice

So, I have developed over the last half a year, a consistent habit actually which is amazing for me, to be consistent about anything ( lol seriously ) .

So I really like to drink this daily juice, a couple of times today if I can, and if I have the willpower and energy to make it, but it helps me to get in a lot of the necessary, vegetable energy that I need. I know that theoretically it’s probably better to eat the raw vegetables themselves, however, I pretty much am not doing that. ( I am far too lazy for this.)

So, I juice them.

I have a friend, who has beaten cancer by juicing, and I’ve heard the same story from so many different testimonies, so I decided I really need to do this practice. Technically, I probably have been doing this for closer to a year, but most specifically and seriously, the last six or seven months, maybe eight.

So my juice consist of, most often:

Kale

Celery

Ginger root

Cucumber

Lemon

Parsley

Sometimes I will add beetroot

And to sweeten it up, I will add either two green apples, or a decent amount of watermelon and maybe one green apple or just watermelon.

And that’s my juice. Now I do have variations of those that I like to try, but that is my main juice.

I am coming up on my first one month lab …since I did weekly labs for the first six or seven months…. so it’s a bit nerve-racking to think. I haven’t been tested for over a month now, what could possibly be wrong? But, here we are at this stage.

I have been trying to walk more, ride, exercise bike more, do rope pulls, do leg work just, wake up early and ignore my precious, two cats, Walter and Greta and my lovely dog PADDY …to go to the gym ..just to stay or become active

Other than losing more weight, which is my other main goal amongst maybe 10 of my other main goals lol

I want to see how this is working, and I will post it here exactly. There’s a big part of my brain that thinks, “What? You are doing you can so it’s gotta be OK, and Mayo Clinic wouldn’t have you on such a routine if they didn’t think you were going to be OK, but then there’s the illogical part of my brain that says, it has been over a month, maybe you’re in complete kidney failure maybe something is horribly wrong and it’s a real threat or a real scare.

To be honest, it’s kinda almost terrifying but, now that I’ve got my insurance squared away. The only thing left to do is, get tested this week.

So, I’m going to have to rely upon God‘s given greens and vegetables to get me through

This is my daily juice

Cheers, good fortune, good karma, and God bless
